Al-'Adalah is a biannual scientific journal published by Fakultas Syari'ah, Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung, Indonesia. This journal focuses on examining how faith-based norms influence and are shaped by contemporary legal systems. Researchers, academicians, and legal practitioners are welcomed to submit their articles to Al-‘Adalah. The journal’s scopes are, but not limited to: Intersection of Islamic Law and Secular Legal Systems, Economic and Legal Aspects of Islamic Philanthropy, Child Welfare and Legal Protections, and Family Harmony in Modern Legal Contexts.
As an academic journal, Al-'Adalah has been accredited by Decree of the Directorate General of Research Reinforcement and Development, the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (Number 040/P/2014), and has been accredited Sinta Rank 2 (Number 10/E/KPT/2019). Since 2017, it has become a CrossRef Member, which means that all articles published by Al-'Adalah will have a unique DOI number. Manuscript Published is written in standard English since Vol. 15 No. 1, 2018.
